ONLINE CONSULTATION SERVICE: Where workloads allow and in line with capacity our online consultation service opens daily at 8am. This service will only remain open until we reach capacity for online consultations.
MAIN PHONE LINES: are open from 8.30am – 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Between 12.30-1pm and 6pm-6.30pm: URGENT Duty GP calls or Healthcare Professionals ONLY – This is for calls that medically cannot wait until our main phone lines re-open.
RECEPTION – Our Main doors are open between 8.30am-6.00pm
RECEPTION IS CLOSED DAILY BETWEEN 12.30-1pm
Prescription/Meds Team: Are available between 9.30-11.30 and 2.30-3.30pm to deal with medication queries. Repeat Medications should be ordered online, direct via your pharmacy or by dropping in the right hand side re-order slip. Our team are unable to deal with medication repeat requests over the phone.
