Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability. Please telephone the practice before 11am where possible to request.
We do not offer home visits to patients due to lack of access to transport. Where possible, it is always advisable to be seen in the clinical environment of the practice.
A doctor may phone you back to find out more about your concerns, as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice or it may be more appropriate to send a District Nurse.
