PLEASE ALLOW 2 WORKING DAYS FOR THE PRACTICE TO PROCESS YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND A FURTHER 2 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR NOMINATED PHARMACY TO HAVE YOUR MEDICATION READY FOR COLLECTION.
You can order repeat prescriptions in one of the following ways:
Online (preferred method) via Patient online Access or NHS App
Telephone the practice (01768) 214345 between 9-11am and 3-5pm . Select the option for prescriptions. Please note: Our prescriptions team are only available between the times given above take requests over the telephone and can only take/discuss prescription requests with patients directly. If you would like to nominate a third party (husband, wife, partner) to discuss your prescriptions please ask for a form in order to add a nominated third party to your records.
Visit reception: RECEPTION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. PLEASE USE THE LETTERBOX MARKED PRESCRIPTIONS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE SURGERY ENTRANCE DOOR.
Urgent requests: If you request repeat medication for ‘same day/urgent’ collection, the duty doctor will assess the urgency based upon clinical need. Please always ensure you give the practice 2 working days notice to process and your nominated pharmacy time to process.
