Repeat Prescriptions

PLEASE ALLOW 2 WORKING DAYS FOR THE PRACTICE TO PROCESS YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND TIME FOR YOUR NOMINATED PHARMACY TO HAVE YOUR MEDICATION READY FOR COLLECTION.

The day we receive your request, if before 12.30 will be classed as day 1. Requests received after 12.30 will be added for processing the following day.

Our Prescriptions/Meds Team are only available between 9.30-11.30am & 2.30-3.30pm to discuss queries with patients. Our team cannot take prescription requests over the phone. If you would like to nominate a third party (husband, wife, partner) to discuss your prescriptions, please ask for a form in order to add a nominated third party to your records

We cannot accept prescription requests over the telephone with the exception of our limited list, including for example: Housebound patients (registered by the practice as housebound), Patients who are vulnerable/have a learning disability

You can order repeat prescriptions in one of the following ways:

  • Online via Patient online services such as Patient access or the NHS App – A full list of available online service providers can be viewed and accessed by clicking on the following link:-
  • In person: You can drop the repeat slip from your previous prescription fully completed into our prescriptions box between 8.30am-6pm.
  • Pharmacy: You can order your repeat medications via your nominated pharmacy
