Staff Training

The practice will be closed every Thursday lunchtime between 12.30 and 13.30. This is for staff training. Telephone calls for urgent advice or requests for emergency care will be directed through to the duty GP.

On Wednesday 19th October and Thursday 17th November 2011 the practice will be closed between 1pm and 5pm for training.

Vasectomy Service

We operate a service where any man can either refer himself or get his GP to refer him for a No-Scalpel Vasectomy. This is a simple procedure undertaken in a local hospital clinic with an excellent success rate.

Next meeting 7pm Monday 24th October 2011 at the surgery. All patients are welcome to attend.

Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients can order their repeats by

  • Handing in the right hand side of the prescription at the reception desk marking the medicines required
  • Posting in the right hand side of the prescription (along with a stamped addressed envelope) marking the medicines required
  • Completing a blank “repeat prescription request slip” at reception 
  • Faxing the right hand side of the prescription to 01768 214346 
  • Completing the online repeat prescription form (Select the link on this page)
  • Please only telephone your repeat prescription request if you are unable to order using the above mentioned methods
Patients are asked to provide 48 hours notice to allow the prescription to be generated and authorised prior to pick up.

If the patient requests their prescription for ‘same day’ pick up, the patient is asked to return to the surgery at 6:15 and is requested to provide 48 hours notice next time.
